Am I reading those graphs right - the lower number of hits
you get, the further up the axis you go?

What an interesting way of presenting statistical data!

Aardvark Responds
I believe the number on the Y-axis of the graph is a site's ranking
so a lower number means it ranks higher -- hence the line appears
nearer the top.

Subj: CSI isn't the only program to do that

Season 7 Episode 4 of Buffy the Vampire Slayer also
mentioned a website in the show. The producers registered
a domain (cassienewton.com - just a redirect to a geocities
site) and made the web site look just like it did in the
show.

A while ago on an episode of the Simpsons a badger took
residence in the Simpsons back yard. Lisa wanted to know
what badgers eat so she could feed it something.

She said "I'll just look up www.whatbadgerseat.com

And look where it takes you. Brilliant!
