As far as I'm aware, the Mail on Sunday doesn't have an
active news website, so it was never an issue whether or
not they publish on there.

Some other UK newspapers are not afraid to repeat the
allegations online, see

Subj: Spain uncovers hi-tech cashpoint fraud - old news

The BBC and the Spanish police obviously can't use google

Mr. Wood and the Spanish Police should have been aware that
this form of fraud has occured in Malaysia and Australia for
some time.

A Malaysian national Mr. Kok Meng Ng was charged in Sydney
over this in November last year.

Subj: What do you think?

Firstly, a brilliant article, posted to Australia.

I remain open to correction on this point:

Secondly, the US company is NOT FORCED to attend the
Victorian court, and is NOT FORCED to meet the sentencing.

Why? Because there is no law that the Ozzies can use to
FORCE their ruling onto the US company. You tell me how the
US company HAS to go to Australia and defend itself.
