Here in Mexico, I pay 600 pesos/month (NZ$106) for 128k
uncapped.

Mexico has pretty much precisely followed NZ's telco dereg
course, except that it appears to slap the encumbent with
non-performance and anti-competitive-behaviour fines every
once in a while.
