What has gone wrong?

When I jumped online this morning (at about 1:30am) I was reminded that something is wrong.

According to news reports, a knife-weilding man had run amok in the UK and stabbed serveral people to death before he was shot and apparently killed by armed police.

This sort of event is tragic for all involved but it is no longer something that is uncommon in our modern world.

How on earth did we get to this point?

Regular readers will know that I'm an elderly hippy (peace, love, bells, beads) so violence is someething foreign to me as an ideology. My philosophy is that if you find someone or some group unbearably irritating then walk away, find somewhere else to hang out -- but don't go stabbing them (or worse).

Governments around the world are very much aware of the levels of social unrest that are now surging to the extent that we get attacks like this. Their response has been to treat the symptoms but not the causes. Tightening laws on guns, knives and whatever have done little to prevent loss of life when an ideological zealot decides to make a name for themselves.

I fear for the people of the UK the most, because right now they're sitting on a tinder-dry time-bomb of social, racial and religious unrest, overseen by a government that appears completely unable to read the room.

Instead of addressing the root cause of the problem, the UK government seems far more intent on using its police force as a means of suppressing free speech and other human rights of their very own people. The irony of this is unbelievable. While other nations around the world are now placing an emphasis on protecting the rights of indigenous people, the UK government has openly admitted that it now prioritises the rights of illegal immigrants over those of native-born Brits.

Insanity.

Instead of recognising that true Brits have had a gutsfull of paying astronomical levels of tax to support freeloaders that cross the Channel in rubber boats, the UK government is attempting to vilify those hard-working taxpayers. Instead of recognising that the George Cross and Union Jack are symbols of the nation, the government is branding them as symbols of the far-right that are to be torn down or wrestled from the hands of concerned citizens.

And now, as we've just seen, that government wants to relegate its citizens into nothing more than a number -- a digital ID which will allow unprecedented levels of surveilance and control.

The situation is even worse than it might first appear in old Blighty.

Right now the level of debt is approaching 100 percent of GDP and will soon breach that figure. This has resulted in the government considering new taxes and hikes to existing rates -- despite a solemn promise in their election manifesto not to do either. The average Brit is suffering increasing financial hardship -- while it would appear that the waves of illegal immigrants are welcomed with open arms, put up in four-star hotels, given smartphones, fashionable sneakers and three good meals a day with enough cash to cover their smoking and drinking needs.

Every day we see examples posted to social media where the UK police are trying to suppress the symptoms of the real problem by arresting 30 people a day for speaking their minds online as well as engaging in peaceful protest, preaching Christianity in the streets or even engaging in silent prayer. Sadly, this simply throws fat on the fires of discontent and further reinforces the belief that there is now a two-tier approach to policing.

A great example of this was the recent case where a British citizen was set-upon by a group of 20 illegal immigrants who beat him with fence pailings and batons. In his efforts to escape he punched at one of them. When the police arrived they arrested the Brit for GBH because apparently his defensive punch broke the jaw of one of his attackers. None of the attackers have been arrested or charged. The guy in question gives a first-hand account here:

It's worth noting that the mainstream media, as usual, has completely ignored this incident. They seem focused on supporting the government line that attempts to bury any coverage of the problems that are now almost at boiling point.

Even Muslims with knives who attack Brits seem to get a slap on the wrist with a wet bus ticket, something that surely sends the wrong message to others who might consider similar acts of violence.

What can you do when a government declares its on citizens to be second-class and defers at every turn to the wants, needs and beliefs of the rising tide of illegal migrants?

UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer is now officially attained the lowest ranking of any Prime Minister in office and the sole response of his government is to try and call their opposition racists. Well it strikes me that the current UK government are the racists, actively discriminating against the proud British race they have been elected to serve.
